Here at Restore Pelvic Therapy we are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not accept insurance. We choose to be an out-of-network provider because as such, we are not limited by the insurance companies and their rules. This allows us to work for you instead of toward specific metrics or bill certain codes. This offers us the opportunity to work on whatever you need done that day, without being constrained by diagnoses, time, or methods. This gives us the time and space to provide you with the best quality care so that you can get better quicker.
However, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursement. Reimbursement will vary according to the terms of your insurance policy. We encourage you to check with your insurance company, prior to your first session. Unfortunately, we are unable to work with people that have Medicare.
Evaluation:
Your first day will be 1 hour, one-on-one, with your physical therapist. We want to hear your story and follow that up with assessing your strength, endurance, coordination, posture, mechanics, and whatever else may be playing a role in what brings you in. Your therapist will explain the typical prognosis and plan of care as well as what you can expect from future sessions.
Follow ups:
Each follow up session will be 1 hour, one-on-one, with your physical therapist. The treatment will be based on what your body needs that day. It can include stretches, strengthening exercises, manual release to muscles, breathing practice, education, fine tuning mechanics, or anything else you need that day.
We offer packages which include an evaluation and a set amount of follow ups. You are welcome to continue with therapy after completing a package and simply pay at the start of each session or we can talk about packages for follow ups. Payment for package is accepted in full, and is nonrefundable.
If you are curious as to whether or not pelvic therapy is right for you, we offer free phone consultations. During this conversation, we will discuss what brings you in for pelvic therapy and discuss potential treatment options.
